How to download your Etsy Order Items CSV
Short answer: Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data, choose "Order Items", pick a month, then download.
Etsy lets sellers export their sales as CSV (spreadsheet) files. The Order Items CSV is the useful one for production because it has one row per item sold, including the item name, quantity and the variations the buyer chose.
Steps
- Sign in to Etsy on a computer and open Shop Manager.
- Go to Settings → Options, then open the Download Data tab.
- In the CSV section, choose the type Order Items, and if you also want shipping status, download Orders separately.
- Choose the month and year (or the full year) and click Download CSV.
- Save the file. Don't open and re-save it in Excel before using it, because Excel can reformat dates and SKUs.
Etsy changes its menus from time to time. If you can't find these labels, search Etsy's Help Center for "download CSV". The exact menu names above are how we understand the page today and may differ in your account.
Exports cover whole months
The download is chosen by month/year, so you often get more orders than you need. Our pick list tool lets you filter the file to an exact date range after you load it.
