Etsy: Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data → pick "Order Items" (and "Orders"). The Orders CSV alone has no item lines, so the Order Items CSV is required.

How it works
Etsy's Order Items CSV has one row per item sold. This tool groups those rows by item name plus variation, so "Metal:Gold, Chain:18 inch" is counted together no matter which order Etsy lists the options in. It then adds up the quantities, so you see exactly how many of each version to make. If you also load the Orders CSV, it matches rows by Order ID and can hide orders that already have a shipped date.
Privacy
Files are read by JavaScript in your own browser tab. They are never uploaded to a server, and closing the tab clears them.
Limitations
Personalization text isn't summed. Check those orders individually. Column names follow Etsy's export as we understand it. If your file uses different headers, the tool will say it can't recognize the file.
